Childcare is a big stepping stone for everyone involved. We want to make the journey as smooth as possible for you and your child. Being parents ourselves, we know how it feels to drop off and wave goodbye to your child on the first day. We are here to reassure you and to address any of your concerns. Our priority is to ensure that you feel confident in our service. We are excited about meeting each new family and working closely with them – we are all in this together!
Once you submit your enrolment form, our educators will contact you directly to learn more about you and your expectations. Together we will develop an individualised plan for assisting your child to settle into our childcare or kindergarten in your local community. During our chat we will discuss:
Our play-based orientations take place in our indoor and outdoor areas and are designed to encourage children, family and educators to get to know one another. We tailor these orientations to suit each family. Orientations are the perfect time to get to know our leaders and to ask questions. Educators use this time to listen and get to know more about you and your child so that they can further ensure that our Happy Sprouts centre can become your child’s second home. We recommend participating in at least two orientation sessions so that everyone feels confident and safe.
